This web service contains the function to add the Document for selected ticket.

  AddDocument Web service method to add Documentgraph for selected ticket , that Receives RequestInfo class object who contains required information to assign ticket,In return it will send ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation is successfull ,if not it will return errorCode and errorMessage.
