This web service contains the functions for Appeal Contensted operation.

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• AppealContested
  Receives RequestInfo class object which contains required information to perform Appeal Contensted for the ticket. In return it will return ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation was successfull, if not it will return ErrorCode and ErrorMessage.
