This web service contains the functions for Appeal Contensted TMA 2004 operation.

  Receives RequestInfo class object which contains required information to perform Appeal Contensted TMA 2004 for the ticket. In return it will return ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation was successfull, if not it will return ErrorCode and ErrorMessage.
