This web service contains the functions for Appeal Postponement operation.

• AppealPostponementRequest
  Receives RequestInfo class object which contains required information to Appeal Postponement Request for the ticket. In return it will return ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation was successfull, if not it will return ErrorCode and ErrorMessage.
