This web service contains the functions for Confirming Debt Registration operation.

• DebtRegistrationConfirmed
  Receives RequestInfo class object which contains required information for Confirming Debt Registration for the ticket. In return it will return ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation was successfull, if not it will return ErrorCode and ErrorMessage.
