This web service contains the functions for Mark In Appeal operation.

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• MarkInAppeal
  Receives RequestInfo class object which contains required information to Mark In Appeal for the ticket. In return it will return ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation was successfull, if not it will return ErrorCode and ErrorMessage.
