This web service contains the functions to perform the Permit Letter Out action.

• PrintLetter
  Receives RequestInfo class object which contains required information to perform the Print Permit Letter action. In return it will return ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation was successfull, if not it will return ErrorCode and ErrorMessage.
