This web service contains the functions to perform the UnPay PCN action.

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• unPayPCN
  Receives RequestInfo class object which contains required information to perform the UnPay PCN action. In return it will return ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation was successfull, if not it will return ErrorCode and ErrorMessage.
